I often get questions about when to expect new hair growth after surgery.  It's different for everyone but this photo was taken 8 weeks after my first surgery in 2012.  You can clearly see new hairs breaking the surface and beginning to grow!!!

I recently received an email regarding what to expect about a year after surgery.  I went back in the archives of my website and pulled up this picture group.  My hair clearly has thickened even after the one year mark.  Here's what I experienced in 2012-2013.
